No Refund Policy for Gold and Silver Purchases and Sales

Goldady takes pride in offering high-quality gold and silver products and exceptional customer service. However, due to the nature of the precious metals market, all gold and silver purchases and sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, Goldady does not accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds for any gold and silver-related transactions. This policy applies to all forms of gold and silver, including but not limited to coins, bars, bullion, and jewelry.

Market Volatility Acknowledgment

Gold and silver prices are subject to global market fluctuations. By purchasing from or selling to Goldady, the buyer acknowledges that:

• Precious metals can increase or decrease in value.

• Market conditions may change immediately after purchase or sale.

• Goldady is not responsible for changes in market pricing after a transaction is completed.

Finality of Transactions

Once a purchase or sale is completed:

• The transaction is binding and irreversible.

• The buyer accepts full responsibility for the decision to purchase or sell.

• Ownership transfers upon confirmed upon payment and/or delivery.

Copyright or Other Notices

Goldady, the Site and the logo appearing on the Site are registered trademarks and remain the sole property of Goldady. No license is granted to the User. Goldady is the owner of the intellectual property rights relating to the Service and the Site, and in particular relating to the software components, ergonomics, layout, graphic elements, logo, and design of the Site. 

The User undertakes not to infringe in any way the intellectual property rights held by Goldady. Users are solely responsible for the Content and shall hold Goldady harmless against any claim relating to the Content or the violation of the rights of third parties and current legislation and undertake to compensate Goldady for any damage caused to it and to reimburse it for any damages and legal advice costs that it incurs in this respect.
