- Insured Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees depend on the destination and the total bar weight. The full delivery cost is shown at checkout before payment. Gold delivery is insured and handled by a licensed security company
- Making Charges (Masna’eya)
- Making charges apply to physical gold bars purchased from the e-store as well as “Gold Out” requests when you decide to withdraw your investment gold balance in the form of standard gold bars. Making charges vary depending on bar weight and manufacturer. The exact amount appears clearly at checkout before you confirm your bar order.
- Electronic invoice
- An electronic invoice is issued on purchase and is your record of ownership. A valid National ID is a legal requirement for issuing it.
- Delivery or collection
- Choose delivery to an address anywhere in Egypt, or collection from our head office. You pick the delivery point during checkout.
